Begin by choosing your package, date and preferred time. Reservations confirms your guest allowance, included media, any extras and both scheduled transfers before payment. Your confirmation gives the reporting time and meeting point.

At Vahmaafushi, meet your host and photographer, discuss your preferred poses and receive the relevant safety briefing. The team guides your session in the approved location. Choose island portraits or sunset photos, professional zipline coverage, a floating-platform session, a cabana shoot, or guided Shark and Stingray viewing with professional media.

After the session, confirm your photo choices or video format and your private delivery contact. Return on the scheduled transfer. Your completed edited order arrives within 24 hours of the actual shoot ending.

  • Included: The photos or video stated in your chosen package
  • Included: Professional capture, posing guidance and editing
  • Included: Scheduled return transfers between Maafushi and Vahmaafushi
  • Included: Private digital delivery within 24 hours of the session ending
  • Not included: Extra photos cost USD 5 each. Extra guests on packages for up to 2 guests cost USD 10 each, subject to approval; the shared photo allocation stays the same. Optional videos, zipline rides, meals, drinks, extended cabana use and other activities are separate unless expressly included in your booking.

Not suitable for

  • Guests who cannot safely use the booked location or follow the activity team's instructions. Please discuss mobility or access needs before booking.
  • Zipline Photo guests must meet the separate zipline activity requirements. Booking photography does not replace an activity eligibility check.

Your Maafushi meeting point, reporting time and scheduled transfers are confirmed when booking. Guests already on Vahmaafushi receive an agreed on-island meeting point. Please report 10 minutes early.

Important information

Not allowed

  • Entering restricted areas or using unapproved poses without staff permission.
  • For Shark and Stingray: guest swimming, wading or water entry where animals gather, and feeding, touching, chasing or crowding wildlife. Personal photos and videos are permitted only in the marked Jetty Viewing Area.
  • Carrying cameras during a zipline flight. Follow the zipline operator's instructions.

Know before you go

  • Choose your package from the experience cards. Prices are in USD. Confirm the full payable total, guest count and any applicable access charges or taxes before payment.
  • Extra 30-second video: USD 25 for Maldives Photo Moment, Sunset Photo, Shark and Stingray, or Insta Cabana. USD 50 for Overwater Moments. Zipline Photo has no listed video upgrade.
  • Want both formats? Shark and Stingray costs USD 50 total for 8 photos plus one video. Overwater Moments costs USD 100 total for 10 photos plus one video. Insta Cabana photo option plus a video costs USD 50 total.
  • Sunset colour, wildlife sightings and drone operation depend on conditions. The team confirms the available setting and any alternative before capture. All times are Maldives local time.
  • Overwater Moments is coming soon and opens after the platform is released for guest use.

Refund policy

Cancel more than 12 hours before your session: full refund or reschedule.

Cancel within 12 hours: one reschedule, subject to availability.

No-show without contacting the team: no refund.

If the operator cancels or conditions are unsafe, choose a suitable new slot or the applicable product refund if you decline the alternative. Separate activities follow their own booking terms.
