Your Maafushi meeting point, reporting time and scheduled transfers are confirmed when booking. Guests already on Vahmaafushi receive an agreed on-island meeting point. Please report 10 minutes early.

Important information

Not allowed

  • Entering restricted areas, using unapproved poses or equipment, or disregarding the host or photographer’s instructions.

Know before you go

  • Choose photographer selection or guest selection at booking. For guest selection, reply within 12 hours of the session ending; otherwise the photographer completes selection as agreed. Final edited media is delivered privately within 24 hours of the session ending.
  • All times are Maldives local time (UTC+5). Confirm final charges, transfers, availability and any taxes before payment.
  • The base allowance is up to 2 guests. Extra guests require approval; the additional charge does not guarantee access or a larger photo allocation.
  • Your photographer confirms the edited video format and duration before capture.

Optional upgrades

Extra edited photos: USD 5 each. Extra guests: USD 10 each, subject to approval and without increasing the shared media allocation. An extra edited video: USD 25.

Refund policy

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and weather terms for Drone Views are supplied with your confirmed booking. Ask Reservations for the applicable policy and resolve any questions before payment. No fixed cancellation deadline or refund entitlement is promised here.

Please confirm pet access with reservations before booking.

Emergency contact

Alert your host or guide immediately if you need urgent help. Ask for the current on-site emergency contact at check-in.

Itinerary

  1. Confirm your booking

    Confirm guests, date, media, extras, reporting point and coordinated transfers.

  2. Check-in and safety guidance

    For a separately booked ride, follow its launch-side check-in; for other sessions, meet your host at the agreed island setting.

  3. Your photography session

    15 minutes

    Meet your photographer, receive the relevant safety guidance and complete your chosen session.

  4. Selection and delivery

    Choose photographer selection or guest selection at booking. For guest selection, reply within 12 hours of the session ending; otherwise the photographer completes selection as agreed. Final edited media is delivered privately within 24 hours of the session ending.

  5. Return arrangements

    Follow the scheduled return transfer or the next activity expressly confirmed in your booking.
